Appoint an executive team to plan and lead the Chapter throughout the year. They will be your contacts for staying informed and training for competitions.
Does your student executive need some help starting things this year? Contact your DECA Ontario Executive Officers for assistance.
Your registration is not finalized, even if payment is received. Your Chapter Advisor must approve your application. Each school has various levels of commitment, student expectations, chapter size limits, etc. Failing to meet these requirements will mean that your application will not be honoured by DECA Ontario. If that is the case, and a payment was made, a full refund will be issued to the credit card holder. NO cancellations, NO refunds, NO changes to membership after October 15.

Chapter fee is $30 per school; waived for ALL chapters this year!
Combined Student Membership/Regionals fee: $35 per person PLUS $2 SERVICE FEE*
(ALL questions must be completed and a valid email address must be used).
Breakdown of Membership Dues/Regionals fee (HST is NOT applicable):
$14 DECA Inc Membership dues
$8 DECA Ontario Membership dues**
$13 Regionals fee
- NO cancellations, NO refunds, NO changes to membership after October 15
- used to pay DECA Inc Membership dues for Advisors, Chaperones, Partners and Alumni
Chapters are strictly prohibited from booking accommodation outside the DECA block.
Day Registrants: $60 per person (HST included)

Overnight registrant fees vary based on the hotel that the chapter has chosen to stay at. Hotel options are:
Double Tree Downtown
Entire chapter must stay at the same hotel; based on first-come first-served basis. Provincials portal opens November 30, 2016.
